The Strategic Engagement Coordinator (SEC) works to strengthen settlement outcomes of culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD) through a strengths-based community engagement approach.

The SEC assists and supports CALD communities’ participation and settlement in Victoria by:

• Identifying opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with communities, community organisations, service providers and government departments within the Loddon Mallee region.
• Focusing on community engagement, social inclusion, economic participation and settlement outcomes.
