Room Booking

Preference for use of all SMECC rooms and other facilities will be for direct SMECC program activities, activities organised with SMECC partner organisation stakeholders, and financial members of the SMECC Council.  If these commitments require groups with existing booking to be reorganized they will be contacted by SMECC to explain the situation.

SMECC has the right to be informed of the reason for use of its facilities by a group or stakeholder, and to monitor its use as required.   SMECC has the right to refuse use of its facilities to any group or stakeholder if the reason for use is not deemed as appropriate by SMECC Senior Management.
