The Multicultural Infrastructure Fund aims to support Victoria’s culturally diverse communities to maintain and upgrade their community infrastructure in order to help celebrate, preserve and share multicultural traditions. SMECC has been awarded funds to upgrade the Air-conditioning at the Community Centre in Twelfth Street. Additionally, a new community kitchen will be installed, allowing community groups to prepare their traditional food.
